TECHNICAL SUPPORT

Sinetica provides end user technical support for its entire product range. You will be required to provide your product/software serial number before receiving technical support and your product must be registered with us. To register your product, please visit our support pages. You will need to create a web support account first, then register your product. Once you have done this you will be able to raise a technical support ticket and you can track your support issues directly from our support site. You will receive email conformation of registration and of any changes to your support ticket status.
